We prioritize efficient fabric utilization by working directly with fabric mills. This approach minimizes material overconsumption, enabling the production of the exact fabric quantities needed for your production. Customization options include developing your fabrics with tailored specifications like composition, weight, texture, and color. To ensure your satisfaction, we provide fabric swatches and lab dips for quality and color confirmation. Additionally, fabric selection is flexible, allowing you to choose based on the available colors and materials at your production facility.

Production Cost & MOQ

By leveraging the Technical Packages, Digital Patterns, Physical Prototypes, and Confirmed Fabric Sourcing provided in your Research & Development phase, you can effectively convey your production details to any factory worldwide at industry standards. Following negotiations on the MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity) and material confirmation, these factories will furnish you with a precise estimate of the cost per unit before proceeding to place your purchase order.

Pre Production Samples

Every one of our factories is equipped to supply you with pre-production samples, allowing you to assess the quality, precision, and construction of your products before receiving them in bulk. These pre-production samples will arrive fully tagged, bagged, and labeled, offering a clear representation of the expectations your customers will have when purchasing your products.

Bulk Production

After your final pre-production samples are confirmed, the bulk production will commence and be shipped directly to you upon completion. Your garments will be delivered fully tagged, bagged, and packaged, ready for distribution to your customers.
