Design Consultation

We work in close collaboration with you to grasp your design ideas for each clothing product. Through thorough discussions, we collect the essential specifications to initiate your development process. This consultation can take place either in-person or virtually. Following your consultation, we dive into the process, and you can anticipate your first fitting as we bring your vision to life.

Sourcing Materials

Collecting crucial fabric and notions for your sample production is a pivotal aspect of the development process. We gather all necessary details, ensuring the sourcing of ideal materials to breathe life into your vision. These components will elevate the quality and allure of your clothing line

Digital Pattern Drafting

At the heart of our superior process lies digital clothing patterns, guaranteeing flawless fit and functionality for your garments. Leveraging cutting-edge software, we craft these digital patterns with accuracy and efficiency, eradicating any unnecessary time and resource wastage. Be confident that your garments will undergo meticulous crafting, delivering exceptional fit and functionality, all while keeping environmental impact to a minimum.

Fit Samples

This marks the initial manifestation of your design concepts in a physical format, what we refer to as the prototype. This first prototype is crucial for validating that the fit direction of your product aligns accurately with your vision before progressing to the creation of the final prototype.

Fittings

Here's your chance to make any modifications to your products before we proceed with crafting the final prototype. This fitting can take place either in-person or virtually.

Final Prototype

After incorporating the adjustments from the previous fitting, we move forward to craft your ultimate prototype. This version encompasses all crucial details, notions, and closures that showcase the functionality of your garments. This tangible representation becomes the key reference you'll provide to your factory during the manufacturing phase, guaranteeing precise replication of your designs.

Steps 4 and 5 will be reiterated until you are satisfied with your final prototype.

Technical Package

The technical package acts as the digital blueprint for your garment. This industry-standard package includes all essential details and specifications, facilitating effective communication with manufacturers. Armed with your Tech Pack, any production facility can accurately reproduce your garments to meet your precise specifications.

Pattern Grading

Pattern grading establishes a proportional sizing guide for your garments, ensuring a consistent overall fit across all sizes.
